The Full Story
About
For HER Through Him was born from deeply personal experiences with addiction, loss, recovery, and the realities many families face in communities impacted by the opioid epidemic. Growing up in the Philadelphia region, I witnessed firsthand how easily people can become unseen, unsupported, and disconnected from hope. This mission was created for the women who are often overlooked, struggling silently, unhoused, recovering, or trying to find their way back to themselves. I believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, and access to support, regardless of their circumstances. For HER Through Him exists to help bridge the gap between survival and restoration by providing women's healing, emotional support, guidance, resources, and access to services that may otherwise feel out of reach. At its heart, this work is rooted in the belief that no one is too far gone to be loved, seen, or called back home.
Mission
For Her Through Him exists to serve women who are unhoused or in addiction recovery with compassion, dignity, and faith-centered support that helps restore hope, stability, and a path forward.
Vision
The vision is for every woman facing housing insecurity or walking through addiction recovery to be met with dignity, safety, and Christ-centered hope as she moves toward lasting restoration.
Who This Serves

For HER Through Him serves women who are experiencing housing insecurity, navigating addiction recovery, or rebuilding after similar seasons of instability, hardship, or transition.

This work is rooted in compassion, faith, and the belief that every woman deserves to be seen, supported, and treated with dignity. Restoration is possible, and no woman should have to walk toward stability and healing without care and support.

What IS OfferED

For HER Through Him provides free support for women who are unhoused or walking through addiction recovery. Support may include practical resources, emotional encouragement, faith-centered care, recovery-informed guidance, referrals, and connection to community-based help.

All services offered through For HER Through Him are free for the women served.​
